General Terms
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing swett.digital and enrolling in programs operated by Swett Digital ("we", "us"), you agree to these General Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms apply to visitors, students, and organizational buyers in the Republic of Korea and internationally where programs are offered online.
2. Services Description
We provide educational courses and workshops in demand generation targeting operations. Content is delivered online, in cohort format, or through facilitated workshops. We do not operate payment processing for third-party ad platforms; tuition covers instruction and materials as described per program page.
3. Account and Enrollment Responsibilities
You must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials. Organizational enrollments require an authorized representative. Misrepresentation of eligibility may result in cancellation without refund except where required by Korean consumer law.
4. Intellectual Property
Course materials, templates, and site content are owned by Swett Digital or licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use during and after enrollment. Redistribution, resale, or public posting of materials without written consent is prohibited.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not harass staff or participants, upload malware, scrape the site, or use our brand without permission. Recording live sessions requires explicit written approval. Violations may lead to removal from cohorts without refund where permitted by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the Korean Civil Act and applicable consumer protection rules, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the tuition paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Jeollanam-do shall have primary jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer venue rules require otherwise. Parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before litigation.
8. Termination and Modifications
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. We may update terms with notice on this page; material changes affecting enrolled students will be communicated by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
