We may collect: identity and contact data (name, email, company), enrollment and billing references, communication content from forms, technical data (IP, browser, device), cookie identifiers, and usage analytics when you opt in.

Data is processed to deliver courses, respond to inquiries, issue invoices, improve our website, comply with legal obligations, and—where you consent—analyze site usage. We do not sell personal data.

Processing rests on contract performance (enrollment), legitimate interests (security, service improvement), legal obligations (tax and accounting records), and consent where required (non-essential cookies and marketing analytics).

Enrollment records are retained for the period required by Korean commercial and tax law, typically five years for transaction records unless a longer period is mandated. Marketing consents are retained until withdrawn. Analytics data is aggregated or deleted per provider schedules.

We use processors for hosting, email delivery, and analytics (only with consent). They process data under agreements requiring appropriate safeguards. We may disclose data if required by Korean authorities or court order.

If data is transferred outside Korea, we implement safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or provider certifications consistent with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

We apply encryption in transit, access controls, and staff training. No method is perfectly secure; report suspected incidents promptly.

Services are directed to professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14 without parental consent. Contact us to remove such data if discovered.
