Handoff SLAs between search and nurture teams
Multi-touch arguments often fail because handoffs are informal. Search passes a lead; nurture assumes intent that search never promised.
Our SLA template defines three fields: expected intent band, maximum response time, and measurement event that closes the handoff. Each field is owned by a named role, not a department.
We piloted the template with a B2B SaaS team in Busan and a local services brand in Jeonnam. Both cut duplicate outreach within a month.
The template is not legalistic—it fits on one screen. Download the structure from our Resources section on the How we teach page, or ask during office hours.
