Display sequences when view-through is distrusted

View-through credit makes leadership nervous—and often for good reason. Teams either ignore display entirely or over-credit it.

We teach sequences with explicit confidence labels: high, medium, and exploratory. High-confidence steps require holdout tests; exploratory steps are learning budgets with capped spend.

The sequencing workshop walks through a three-step storyboard with brand safety tiers that do not strangle reach. You will not leave with a perfect model, but you will leave with honest reporting language.

That honesty travels well in executive readouts. Stakeholders prefer labeled uncertainty over false precision.
